Eastern Construction Company Limited is an employee-owned Canadian Company, which began operations in 1951. With over a half a century of experience behind us, we have constructed Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential projects across Canada. Over the years, approximately 50 percent of Eastern’s volume has been through negotiated contracts. Much of our business has been with repeat customers, indicating the faith placed in our experience, expertise and service during all phases of a project. The balance of our volume comes from the competitive tendering process.

Windsor Casino Expansion Project

West Block: A 28-storey, 400+ suite hotel tower with a pool and spa on the top floor roof is being built. It will include a 3-storey underground valet parking, 50,000 sq. ft. on-grade entertainment facilities for 5,000 patrons. Above the entertainment facilities will be a 25,000 sq. ft. ballroom along with various meeting room facilities. The West block will be linked to the existing North Block by a structure bridging over the existing dividing road, McDougall Avenue. The bridging section will be the new main entrance and house the new central front desk/reception.

North Block: The existing North Block was extensively renovated to include several new bars and restaurants, an expanded new buffet, retail space and a new re-branding of the entire facility including the gaming floors.
