Trillium Health Centre Administrative Building

EllisDon Design Build has been selected as Construction Managers for the $18,700,000 million New Administrative Building by the Trillium Health Centre. As well EllisDon will provide preconstruction services during the design phase.

The Project is a new 6 storey, 125,000 square feet office building on the Queensway Mississauga Campus for Trillium Health, across the street from EllisDon's Mississauga office. The new Administrative Building will be occupied by administrative staff who are currently located in the existing hospital. Other departments currently located in rented space will also move into the new building. The building will have a mix of retail and Clinic space on the 1st and 2nd floors including a fitness facility.

The project is also targeted to obtain a LEED Silver rating.
