Since incorporation in 1988, Unitech has successfully completed a wide variety of projects valued at roughly $350 million in urban and remote locations. The combination of our design, management and construction experience on more than 100 projects, involving many varied construction types and locations, has provided us with an intimate and comprehensive understanding of the complete implementation process; - inception, planning, development, design, engineering, costing, scheduling, documentation, tendering, construction, furnishing and fit-up through to turn over and occupancy.
